Terms of Service

By visiting impuls.design or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

• All prices are shown in USD and exclude shipping and tax unless stated otherwise.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability) and will issue a full refund if we do.
• Once an order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email.
• Custom-color requests are made-to-order and are not eligible for cancellation once production has started.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and the underlying payment networks. We do not store your card details on our servers.

• Stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days.
• Custom-color and made-to-order pieces typically ship within 7–14 business days.
• Tracked delivery is included on every order.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off.

• Stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging for a full refund.
• Color match guarantee: if the shade reads materially wrong against your factory paint code, we cover the return label — email a photo within 14 days of delivery.
• Custom-color requests are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or the produced color does not match the code/description you supplied.
• To start a return, email support@impulsdesign.com with your order number.

The Impuls Design name, logo, product designs, photography, and site content are owned by Impuls Design and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the site to commit fraud, abuse, or harassment
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data at volume without permission
• Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security

The site and products are provided "as is". We make no guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Vehicle fitment is described on the product page; it is your responsibility to confirm that a piece fits your specific vehicle before installing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impuls Design's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Impuls Design is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
